What if the person you've been waiting to save you...is you?

Why I wrote this book . . .

A sneak peek at the Seven Levels . . .

Mental Wholeness: “The heart of mental wholeness lies in thought management, learning to recognize and reframe negative self-talk, quiet the inner critic, and replace comparison and judgement with compassion.”

Environmental Wholeness: “This level empowers readers to carve out physical or mental environments that foster genuine self-expression, helping lay the groundwork for deeper emotional healing in the next level of the journey.”

Emotional Wholeness: “Not every day will be perfect but it is the ability to rebound from those bad days quickly and efficiently that creates emotional wholeness. It is the resiliency that enables us to handle strong emotions, reflect and not fuse them into our behaviors and become stressors.”

Social Wholeness: “The people who get upset when you set boundaries are typically those who benefit from you not having any. And those are not your people.”

Physical Wholeness: “Consider this, each wrinkle, stretchmark, or ‘extra’ pound is there because you experienced something, created something, or overcame something. Your value is not determined by the way you look!”

Occupational & Financial Wholeness: “We need to work on accepting our current circumstances. We can only start where we are. If we are at peace with where we are, we can look around and take stock to see where we can make changes.”

Spiritual Wholeness: “Spirituality makes you feel grateful for life and unapologetic for being who you are. Spirituality is about the glimmers in life.”

“If I were able to go back and have a conversation with my 20-year-old self, I would tell her to stop stressing so much about becoming and simply be. I wanted to write this book, not only for that 20-year-old woman I once was but also for the 13-year-old girl I was, the 38-year-old woman I was, the 72-year-old woman I will be, and for all women in all stages of life. We all deserve to feel that we have value and to love ourselves completely and authentically. I wrote this book as a guide to building your life around your authentic self and loving her, regardless of what else is going on.”

What Readers are Saying

“The Princess Never Needed Saving will assist your self-love journey in a way that feels both gently guided and deeply accepting. 5 out of 5 stars - I highly recommend this as a gift of feminine empowerment to yourself or someone you love!”

— Goodreads Review, Eclipse Moonflower

“Noelle’s asides, however, felt more like she was sharing her own experiences and perspective on the things she was encouraging you to try. That made the advice feel more approachable.”

— Goodreads Review, Morgan W.

“Right from the beginning this book just felt like a big pep talk from my personal cheerleader! I loved that the tips/levels in this book are super practical and easy to accomplish.”

— NetGalley Review, Julia P.
